What can I do at the Student Accounts office?

Parking Permits can be purchased at the Student Accounts office. Before picking up your permit, you must complete the online parking permit form. Once the form is complete, students can pick up their permit from our office during regular business hours. A valid OCU ID or driver鈥檚 license is required to purchase a parking permit. Be advised that only the parking permit recipient can pick up the permit.
Student ID cards are available at the Student Accounts office. Before a student ID can be issued, a student must be enrolled. The initial ID card is $25 and must be paid before it is issued. Replacement ID cards are $10 (whether lost, stolen, broken, etc.) and must be paid for before they are issued. A valid government issued photo ID is required to issue an OCU ID. Once a replacement ID is issued, it will deactivate the previously issued card. Deactivated cards cannot be reactivated.
Meal Plans are added to the student account by the Housing office once a student鈥檚 housing application has been processed*. Students can change their selected meal plan by completing the meal plan change form found at the Student Accounts office, or by emailing [email protected] from their OCU student email with their change request. Meal plan changes are only permitted during the first week of class each semester. New meal plans added after the meal plan change deadline each semester must be paid for at the time they are added to the account.
*Please note that meal plans cannot be changed directly through the housing application once it is submitted. All changes must go through the Student Accounts office.
1098-T tax forms are issued by Jan. 31 each year for the previous tax year. Each year, students will be prompted in BlueLink to select how they鈥檇 like to receive their tax document. Students may elect to have their 1098-T issued as a physical form, electronic form, or both. Electronic 1098-T forms can be viewed in BlueLink. It鈥檚 the student鈥檚 responsibility to make sure their mailing address is up to date if they elect to have a copy of their 1098-T mailed. Students can request additional copies be mailed to the current address on file by emailing the Student Accounts office from their OCU student email or visiting our office in person. 1098-T forms cannot be emailed.
A student can view any current holds on their student account on the Student tab in BlueLink (Student tab > Student Account > View Holds). If a student has a question about a specific hold, they can reach out to the office associated with that hold (which should be listed with the hold notice under 鈥淥riginator鈥 in BlueLink.).
